guidepointsystems(or lack of)

Have been a customer of Guidepoint systems for over three years and have found them at every turn to be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my 50 years of owning and operating a motor vehicle. The list of complaints go from disconnected phone calls,to being on hold for,the record time of,1 hour and 18 minutes before I had enough.I convinced myself after other "on hold" experiences I was going to hold out for as long as it took this time but I told myself why bother.
Other experiences include calling into (Yes I did get thru THIS time after only approx.10 minutes.Probably a mistake) what was obviously an office party with so much background noise it was difficult to hear, and trying to speak to an very intoxicated operator..The result of which I got nowhere so the call was a waste of time.
Suffice to say this only touches the tip of my many horrendous contacts with this company and thank heaven none were an emegency.I shudder to think what would have happened if that were the case.

However in a slight defense of this company I will say that my initial contact on a billing and upgrade issue was handeled by Sandra who was both professional and understanding and did straighten out the problem. That was it.After that the rest was a complete fiasco.
